Williams as Chief Operating Officer, where he will be primarily responsible for streamlining and improving operations and client service, as well as contributing to national channel partner development and national strategic partnership growth.
Mr. Williams previously was partner and COO in McKnight & Williams (a regional full-service human capital management firm and a Principal Financial Group affiliate). Prior to founding McKnight & Williams, J. held various senior-level sales, service and management roles in the Southeast. His career experience to date has included stints with Marsh, The Ghering Group, The Principal Financial Group, as well as various regional and national PEOs.
